Nutrition Coaching

Working with a coach can help you reach your goals more quickly, efficiently, and maintain your results for the long run. What makes Healthy Simple Life so unique is our big-picture approach to assess every aspect of your health and lifestyle, and devotion to working with clients beyond the realm of nutrition. We’re flexible so you can choose from Skype, phone or on-site sessions at a time that’s convenient for you, individually or with a friend or family member. We’ll immediately begin creating a plan to help you balance some of life’s toughest health challenges. Whether you struggle with food, sleep, stress, exercise or perhaps a chronic condition or food addiction, the support of a knowledgeable coach will both encourage and challenge you to reach your goals quickly, efficiently and permanently. Fitness Coaching

A little activity goes a long way, but not all exercise is created equal. At HSL, we promote the types of exercise that support metabolism and cardiovascular health most, and don’t believe in spending long sessions on the elliptical or treadmill. We support efficient, effective workouts that maximize results. Our training programs are designed specifically so that every workout is intentionally planned around your needs. What’s unique about our fitness coaching is that you don’t need a gym membership and distance isn’t a barrier. You come to us (our gym) or we’ll come to you (your home gym)! We understand that you are busy or maybe out of state so we can also meet you via Skype or phone too. Start training with the best.

Classes

Want to learn how to eat to be happy and healthy for life in a casual, no-pressure group setting? Our classes are designed to help you understand how the foods you eat affect your body and mind. You will learn how to balance your blood sugar, repair your gut, crush your cravings, and prevent chronic illness by eating real, whole foods in balance. Our coaches will break down the latest nutrition science into digestible bites that are simple for you to put into practice. You’ll leave our classes feeling refreshed and enlightened and ready to hit the grocery store. These flexible classes—held at our Shoreview, MN offices or on-site at your location (upon request)—are an excellent complement to our individualized coaching, or they can help you better understand your goals prior to setting up an appointment.
